The State Sex Offender Assessment Committee will be conducting a series of eight one-day regional training sessions across the state from now until June 2010.   These workshops are open to all criminal justice agencies, especially those personnel responsible for prosecution, registration and/or community notification. The new State guidelines and protocol training manuals will be furnished.  All aspects of the sex offender registration, assessment and community notification will be discussed. 
 
There is no registration fee.  Seating is limited and lunch will be provided for those who are pre-registered, so register early.  All seminars will begin at 9:00 am and last until at least 4:30 pm.
